No mystery process. You always know what stage we are at and what happens next.

Brief & scope

We talk through the goal, the constraints and the budget. I come back with a written scope: what ships, in what order, and what is explicitly out.

Build in slices

Work lands in reviewable pieces rather than one silent stretch. You see progress early enough that changing your mind is still cheap.

Test on real devices

Responsive, keyboard and cross-browser checks before launch — not after a client finds the bug on their phone.

Launch & hand over

Deployment, environment config, credentials and documentation. You finish the project owning it, not depending on me.

Saying no to the wrong project is how I keep the right ones good.

A good fit

  • You need one developer who can own the whole build
  • The project needs a real front end, not a template swap
